Authentic Moroccan Cuisine Comes First
Before we tell you about the breakfasts at Riad Dar Amanza (perhaps quite possibly the finest breakfasts in Marrakech...), let us first introduce you to the richness of authentic Moroccan cuisine.
Generous, flavorful, and vibrant, it reflects the very spirit of Morocco: delicately spiced, subtly sweet, and bursting with fruity notes. Wild enough to surprise even the most discerning gourmets, it is often described as an alchemy of a thousand and one flavors. At Dar Amanza, however, we prefer to speak of magic of craftsmanship, passion, and the joy of sharing.
Every morning, Mariam wanders through the bustling stalls of Marrakech's medina in search of the freshest ingredients. She has only one goal in mind: to delight you. Not only through unforgettable flavors, but through the warmth and soul she pours into every dish. And you know what? She never fails.
Breakfasts at Dar Amanza
Breakfast at our riad in Marrakech changes with the seasons and adapts to your tastes. As morning breaks, the air fills with the comforting aromas of fresh bread, honey, orange blossom, and mint. Still half asleep, many of our guests find themselves instinctively following these inviting scents through the riad's rooms and terraces until they reach the breakfast table.
A feast? We dare say so.
Golden msemen, delicate baghrir (the famous "thousand-hole" pancakes), warm batbout, and a selection of traditional Moroccan specialties await. Add to that homemade strawberry, fig, and apricot jams, sweet dates, freshly picked oranges and seasonal fruit, and, of course, the iconic Moroccan mint tea.
More than just breakfast, it is a daily ritual a moment to be savored with all the senses before setting off to discover Marrakech.
