Moroccan cuisine, or a taste ofMorocco
From breakfast onwards, the table of our Moroccan riad is adorned with Moroccan specialities that Mariam, our chef, masters: 1000-hole pancakes, batbouts (Moroccan rolls), and seasonal fruit salads and jams. Not to mention couscous, tagines, pastillas, and other exquisite dishes to enjoy for lunch or dinner in the riad! It would be folly not to try them. Especially as enjoyed within the walls of Dar Amanza, they enhance the pleasure of a regenerating stopover, a well-deserved break. More than that, they are perfect for a fun-filled meal with your loved one or family and friends.
